FEATURED PRODUCTS: NEW METAL ALKOXIDES
ProChem is expanding its portfolio with New High Purity Metal Alkoxides and Alkoxy derivatives, engineered for use in sol-gel processing, vapor-phase deposition, and metal organic precursor applications. These compounds include alkoxides of Barium, Boron, Tantalum, and Vanadium—each synthesized with rigorous purity control and optimized for reactivity in air-sensitive environments. They complement our existing catalog by broadening access to structural variants and enabling tailored formulation in thin-film and oxide material development.
